SpreadLift

Import your spreadsheet

You've already got a program that works. SpreadLift lets you run it on your phone, using your sheet's own percentage and training-max maths. Importing is free forever.

Which layouts work

SpreadLift is built for percentage and training-max spreadsheet programs: you enter your maxes, and the sheet works out each set.

SpreadLift is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of nSuns or GZCL; names used descriptively.

How rounding works after import

If your sheet's weight cells use MROUND, FLOOR or CEILING, SpreadLift follows that rule and step for the program. A CSV has no formulas, so it can declare a rule in a row such as Rounding | FLOOR | 5. Without a sheet rule, working sets round to the nearest 2.5 kg or 5 lb per lift, and exact halfway cases round up. Your training max is kept unrounded, and only the working sets are rounded.

After importing: check your numbers

Before your first session, compare two or three sets with your original sheet:

  1. Pick a heavy set, a light set and an accessory.
  2. Check the weight, reps and percentage match.
  3. Check your training max (or 1RM) is the number you meant.
  4. Check the units are kg (or lb, if that's what you lift in).

If anything differs, trust the sheet and look at the list below.

If an import fails or a number looks wrong

Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the name of the program and what went wrong. Please don't send your workout logs; we don't need them.

Check your numbers and train safely

Importing copies your program. It doesn't check whether the program suits you. Check your numbers after every import, load the bar carefully, and stop if something feels wrong.
