SpreadLift

Your spreadsheet program, on your phone

SpreadLift runs the lifting spreadsheet you already use, in your phone's browser. Nothing to install and no account needed to start. It keeps your sheet's own percentage and training-max maths, and it gets kg and IPF plates exactly right.

Before and after

Before: a spreadsheet squeezed onto a phone. Tiny cells, pinch-to-zoom between sets, and one stray tap can overwrite a formula.

Before: a lifting spreadsheet open on a phone, with tiny cells and pinch-zoom

After: the same program in SpreadLift. Today's sets, the weights your sheet worked out, and what to load on each side of the bar.

After: the same program in SpreadLift, showing today's sets and plates per side

How it works

  1. Open SpreadLift in your phone's browser. No app store, no install, no account to start.
  2. Import your sheet. See how import works.
  3. Train. Your sheet's maths decides the weights. Your logs stay in on-device storage on your phone.

Questions people ask first

Do I need an account? Not to start. You only give us an email address if you want updates or when you buy a plan, so we can link your purchase to your licence.

Where are my workout logs? Only in on-device storage on your phone. We don't receive them. Clearing SpreadLift's site data in your browser deletes them.

Will it change my program's numbers? No. SpreadLift keeps your sheet's own % and training-max maths. If a number looks off, check the sheet, because that's where it comes from.

Is it an app-store app? No. It's a web app (PWA) that works in any browser.

Check your numbers and train safely

SpreadLift runs the program you choose. It isn't coaching or medical advice. After importing, compare a few sets against your sheet, check the bar, collars and plates you actually have, use safeties or a spotter on heavy sets, and stop if something feels wrong.

The same row, before and after

This is an nSuns-style bench day with a 100 kg training max. The sheet multiplies that max by the percentage. The phone then splits the result around a 20 kg bar and a pair of 2.5 kg collars.
