We wrote this to be short and readable.
What we collect
- Your email address. That's the only personal data we collect.
What we don't collect
- Your workout logs. They live only in on-device storage, in your browser on your phone. We don't receive them, store them or see them.
- Your card details. Our payments partner handles them (see below). We never see or store them.
- Analytics cookies. We don't use any. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and only gives us aggregate visit counts.
Why we use your email
- Sign-up updates and the newsletter. We send these through MailerLite. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Linking your purchase to your licence, so your plan works and we can help if something goes wrong.
We don't sell your email.
Who processes data for us
- MailerLite sends sign-up updates and the newsletter.
- Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. It takes your payment and handles your card details. We never see or store them.
- Cloudflare hosts SpreadLift and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregate visit counts only).
Deleting your data
- Workout logs: clear SpreadLift's site data in your browser settings. Your logs live only in on-device storage, so this deletes them. We can't recover them afterwards.
- Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Your email: write to [email protected] from the address you used and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.
