These terms cover your use of SpreadLift, made by Lepak Tools. By using SpreadLift you agree to them.

What SpreadLift does

SpreadLift runs lifting spreadsheet programs in your browser. It works out weights using the maths in the sheet you bring, and it shows how to load kg plates. It doesn't give training or medical advice.

Your training is your responsibility

You choose your program and the weights you lift. Check the numbers before you lift, use safe equipment, and use safeties or spotters. Talk to a qualified professional if you have any health concerns. Stop if something hurts.

Your spreadsheets

You're responsible for having the right to use any spreadsheet you import. Programs belong to their authors. SpreadLift isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the authors of any named program.

Plans and payment

• Free forever: the 4 calculators, import, and the first 2 weeks of any program.
• Paid: Monthly (USD 4.99), Yearly (USD 29) or Lifetime (USD 49).
• Payments go through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
• Monthly and Yearly plans renew until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-off payment.
• Every plan can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. See our refund policy.

Your data

See our privacy page. Your workout logs live only in on-device storage. If you clear your browser's site data, they're deleted, so keeping your own backups is up to you.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service, try to break it, or resell it.

Changes

We may update SpreadLift and these terms. If we make a meaningful change to the terms, we'll update the date at the top.
