nSuns LP, on your phone

The high-volume linear progression, without squinting at a spreadsheet mid-set.

How it works

  • 4, 5 or 6 training days a week.
  • Each day has a main lift with nine sets climbing to a heavy "1+" set, then a second lift with eight sets, then accessories.
  • Every weight is a percentage of your training max.
  • The reps you get on the 1+ set decide how much the training max goes up next week.

What SpreadLift does for you

  • Today's sets with exact kg or lb, worked out from your training max.
  • Plates per side for your bar and collars, with warm-ups if you want them.
  • One-thumb logging. Your 1+ result suggests next week's training max.

Is it for you?

Intermediate lifters who like volume and steady weekly progress. Plan for long sessions: nine sets of the main lift add up.

Questions

Can I use my own nSuns sheet?

Yes. Import it and SpreadLift keeps its percentages and rounding.

kg or lb?

Either. Plates are worked out for your bar, your plates and your collars.

Is this the official nSuns app?

No. The free spreadsheet was shared by Reddit user n-Suns and the r/nSuns community. SpreadLift isn't affiliated with them; it runs an nSuns-style template built from the public sheet.
